Fighting Fit Physiotherapy is a musculoskeletal physiotherapy clinic based in Seaham, Bishop Auckland and Middlesbrough specialising in hands on treatment, at affordable prices with zero NHS waiting times. Our experienced specialised team have a range of experience from NHS to elite sports.
We offer a wide range of physiotherapy services provided by fully qualified and chartered physiotherapists
Our services include: Neck pain, back pain, whiplash, Arthritic & joint pain, muscle strain, muscle imbalance injuries, ligament injuries, Post-operative aftercare and sporting injuries. We also offer services to medico-legal, and are registered with private health companies.
During a session our specialised team will identify the cause of your symptoms through a detailed assessment, provide an explanation of your diagnosis, give first hand quality treatment from; mobilisation, manipulation, taping, acupuncture, massage and more, and design a detailed rehabilitation programme to help prevent injury re-occurrence.
