About me

Dr Dinos Missouris is a Cardiologist with considerable experience in adult cardiology. His areas of special interest are those of coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias and particularly, hypertension.

Dr Missouris’ private cardiology practice encompasses a wide range of cardiac conditions. His clinical approach is based on the non-invasive side of medicine, using investigations such as echocardiography (taking advantage of the very latest and most sophisticated techniques and equipment available), exercise tolerance (treadmill) tests, 12 lead ECG and 24 hour ECG/24 hour blood pressure monitoring in order to achieve an initial diagnosis.

Dr Missouris has been working as a Consultant Cardiologist in East Berkshire and South Buckinghamshire since 2001 and has been in private practice since 2001. He is an honorary consultant Cardiologist at the Royal Brompton Hospitals, London. Extensively experienced in cardiological procedures such as cardiac catheterisation, pacemaker implantation and transthoracic and transoesophageal echocardiography, Dr Missouris was well placed to be instrumental in developing a state of the art Cardiac Care Unit, Cardiac Catheterisation Laboratory and Cardiac Investigations Unit in one of the busiest district general hospitals for devices implantation in Britain.
