About us

I am a HCPC-registered Dietitian and founder of Green Light Nutrition, a specialist online dietetic clinic dedicated to gut health and cancer nutrition.

I work with people who have often spent months, or years, searching for answers, and I combine robust clinical expertise with a genuinely personalised approach to help them find lasting relief.

My two core areas of specialism are digestive disorders and oncology nutrition, and I have developed dedicated clinical programmes in both.

For patients with gut conditions, I work with a wide range of diagnoses including Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Diverticular Disease, Bile Acid Malabsorption, Pancreatic Exocrine Insufficiency, and digestive symptoms associated with endometriosis.

For patients affected by cancer, I provide expert nutritional support before, during, and after treatment - helping to manage the side effects of chemotherapy and radiotherapy, optimise nutritional status ahead of surgery, and support recovery and immune function throughout the cancer journey.

I am fully qualified to deliver all three phases of the Low FODMAP diet in the management of IBS, though my approach does not default to restriction. I believe that understanding what is driving a patient's symptoms is always the starting point, and that many people can achieve significant improvement through targeted dietary and lifestyle strategies before any restrictive protocol is considered.

My aim is always to help patients eat as well and as freely as possible.

I founded Green Light Nutrition out of personal experience: my own journey with IBS and a close family member's experience with cancer led me to retrain as a Registered Dietitian, so that I could give others access to the science-backed, compassionate support I wished had been available to us. That background means I bring both clinical expertise and genuine empathy to every consultation.

I lead a team of specialist Registered Dietitians and offer online appointments, making expert dietetic support accessible across the UK.

My clinic has been featured in national media, and I am committed to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development to ensure my patients always receive advice that reflects the most current research in my fields.
