About me
Dr Nancy Nsiah is a Qualified Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist. Described by peers as a compassionate disrupter, creative, and advocate for taking anti-discriminatory practices across all spheres of her work.
As a Black Clinical Psychologist of British African heritage, she values incorporating a holistic focus on the connection between physical, spiritual and mental health.
Her clinical work supports teens, parents, families and adults across the lifespan from a variety of racial, cultural, and faith backgrounds. Dr Nsiah works in an integrative manner drawing on a variety of evidence-based models, including Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), compassion-focused and narrative therapies to support a person-centred approach that assists individuals to work towards their own definitions of recovery.
Dr Nsiah has worked with concerns around impostor syndrome, stress, anxiety, grief, adjusting to physical diagnosis.
Dr Nsiah's passion and talents have translated into rich offerings through therapy, published book chapters, lecturing within higher educational institutions, and sold-out workshops across corporate, grassroots and charitable organizations across the globe.
