About me
Hannah is an experienced osteopath who treats patients of all ages, from babies and children through to adults and older adults. She has over 15 years of clinical experience and is the Founder and Principal Osteopath at Osteopathy West London.
Her approach combines evidence-led osteopathic care with her background in nutritional therapy and nutrition, allowing her to consider the wider factors that may influence pain, recovery and long-term wellbeing.
Hannah has a particular interest in women's health and has undertaken additional training in the management of perimenopause and menopause. She also has experience working with babies, children and teenagers, using gentle osteopathic techniques where appropriate.
She is trained in medical acupuncture and uses both traditional acupuncture and dry needling alongside osteopathic treatment, particularly when supporting patients with musculoskeletal pain, stress and sleep difficulties.
Hannah also provides nutritional support, helping patients understand how diet and lifestyle may contribute to their overall health, energy, recovery and wellbeing.
Outside the clinic, Hannah enjoys travelling and keeping active. Her aim is to help patients move well, feel stronger and get back to doing the things they enjoy.
