Dr. Tanya Carpenter is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist who completed her Doctorate in 2012 at City University, London.
She has previously had over 13 years experience working with inpatients and day patients at the Priory Hospital in North London in both group therapy and individually.
Tanya also has experience working for the NHS, University counselling services, in Private practice and has also worked with adults with Asperger's at the Hoffman Foundation for Autism.
Tanya is also a RAPPS Registered Supervisor, specialising in Psychodynamic Supervision and has a wealth of experience supervising Clinical and Counselling Psychologists and other Healthcare professionals.
Tanya has over 5 years experience facilitating weekly Mindfulness groups and has written and presented on the topic of Mindfulness.
Tanya is also a lecturer in Psychology at the University of Worcester and has also been a guest writer for a number of websites including the University of Worcester, The Priory Hospital and numerous wellbeing websites.
