About me

I am a highly experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with over 15 years of clinical practice across a range of NHS settings, including primary and secondary care services. I currently specialise in delivering evidence-based CBT within Talking Therapies (IAPT), with a particular focus on young people aged 1618 presenting with complex and comorbid mental health difficulties.
I have extensive experience in conducting comprehensive psychological assessments, developing collaborative formulations, and delivering structured, outcome-focused interventions tailored to individual need. My clinical work is grounded in NICE-recommended approaches, with a strong emphasis on measurable outcomes and meaningful change.
In addition to CBT, I hold formal qualifications in Behavioural Couples Therapy (BCT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), enabling me to work effectively with trauma, relational difficulties, and more complex presentations. I also integrate mindfulness-based approaches where appropriate, supporting a flexible and holistic treatment approach.
Alongside my clinical work, I have significant experience in clinical leadership, supervision, and service development within NHS Talking Therapies. I contribute to the training and supervision of therapists, maintaining high standards of care and supporting evidence-based practice.
I am committed to providing a professional, compassionate, and collaborative therapeutic environment, offering both face-to-face and remote therapy to meet individual client needs
