About me
I DO NOT CURRENTLY HAVE SPACE FOR NEW CLIENTS
I am a qualified and accredited CBT psychotherapist and accredited integrative counsellor/psychotherapist and have been practising as a therapist since 2007. I am currently working mostly online but have some capacity for face to face sessions.
Apart from my private practice, I work as a supervisor and counselling tutor and I am an honorary clinical teaching fellow at University College London (UCL). I previously worked as a senior therapist and supervised other therapists in an NHS psychological therapies team for a number of years. I have also worked for counselling organisations in the voluntary sector.
My client group is very diverse and includes men and women from a variety of cultural backgrounds and sexual identities. I have also worked with people and with a range of specific client groups previously, including people with depression and/or anxiety disorders, people affected by alcohol issues, survivors of crime and older people.
I continue to take part in professional development to develop my skills around a range of issues e.g. trauma, anger, relationship work.
