Khush calls upon a breadth of experience and some immense talent to help you with spinal alignment, postural issues, pain management and to help to improve your general wellbeing.
Typically, her clients have included actors, script writers and athletes. However, she has helped thousands of clients’ with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, whether it be something as simple as general aches and pains or a more complicated condition such as symptoms for Multiple Sclerosis.
She has also addressed issues with hypermobility syndrome, Sheurmanns disease, spinal conditions, sciatic pain, de Quervian’s Tenosynovitis and many more.
Khush graduated from Oxford Brooke’s University with Bachelor of Honours degree in Osteopathy. Hence, she has a vast interest and knowledge of human anatomy, physiology & pathology. In addition Khush is an experienced sports massage therapist (ITEC level 3 qualification) She’s qualified in DSE (Display Screen Equipment) ergonomics assessment at work.
Moreover, she uses manual therapy, pain education and exercise rehabilitation to allow you to return back to your desired sport or job as quickly as possible in our osteopathic clinic.
