About me

Mr Taylor qualified in 1988 with a primary sub speciality interest in paediatric orthopaedics. Part of this speciality included complex foot deformity. From this grew his interest in adult foot surgery. At the time there was no other orthopaedic consultant in Southampton primarily practising adult foot surgery and his practice grew to fill the vacuum.

Since that time he has developed this aspect of his practice to include advanced techniques in fore foot corrective surgery and ankle replacement. He has on going prospective audits on this work and has presented and published papers on the subject.

Almost the entirety of his private practice has involved adult foot surgery and this remains his prime interest
