About me

I have been qualified as a Physiotherapist for 39 years and worked in the Nhs for 27 years and have lectured for over 10 years.

I have worked in Sports injury and Post op Physiotherapy for over 30 years.

I have worked in Elite Sports including Rugby/football and horse racing for many years.

I am the Physiotherapy advisor to a group of Orthopaedic Specialists.I have written Physiotherapy protocols for ACL reconstruction,knee replacement,hip replacement and various Shoulder surgeries.

I have written numerous Physiotherapy protocols for various common conditions and post operation.
