About me

I am a clinical psychologist specialising in trauma, OCD, PTSD, perinatal mental health, anxiety and depression in working age adults. I offer a warm and compassionate, evidence- based approach using EMDR, IFS and third wave CBT to support meaningful and lasting change.

I have worked in private practice since 2017 in both Otley and central Leeds. I work collaboratively and thoughtfully with clients to process difficult experiences, reduce distressing symptoms and strengthen psychological flexibility. My aim is not only to alleviate symptoms, but to help people to reconnect with what matters most to them and return to their lives with greater clarity, resilience and fulfilment.
