About me

If you are anxious, stressed, or unsure about your direction in life, then perhaps I can help.

My approach is rooted in mindfulness, but as a Clinical Psychologist, I am trained in a range of therapies and so can weave them together to produce the right therapy for you.

I currently offer therapy through The Chelsea Psychology Clinic, where I hold the position of Clinical Lead.

Besides my clinical work, I am an Associate Clinical Tutor at UCL and a Clinical Specialist at Limbic, a leading AI tech company.

If you would like to know more about my approach, you could check out the two self-help books that I have co-authored: The Little Depression Workbook and The Little Anxiety Workbook.

I am available online or at The Chelsea Psychology Clinic's rooms in Mayfair.
