About me

If you are anxious, stressed, or unsure about your direction in life, then perhaps I can help.

My approach is rooted in mindfulness, but as a Clinical Psychologist, I am trained in a range of therapies and so can weave them together to produce the right therapy for you.

In line with best practice, I use short questionnaires at each therapy session to assess how you are doing and how the therapy is going. This has been shown to improve therapy outcomes by 25%.

Besides doing therapy, I am an Associate Clinical Tutor at UCL, working with trainee Clinical Psychologists on the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.

If you would like to know more, contact me to book a free 15-minute consultation on Zoom. And you could check out the two self-help books that I have co-authored: The Little Depression Workbook and The Little Anxiety Workbook.
