I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with extensive experience in providing expert psychological therapy to people who seek relief from anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and other problems with living. I am a specialist in working with the anxiety and burnout caused by perfectionism and habits of living that are geared towards pleasing and appeasing others, and over-controlling ourselves and the world.
