I have practiced as a clinical psychologist within the NHS for many years and currently work in a NHS Early Intervention in Psychosis Team, having held my role as senior psychologist there for the last 5 years. Within this team as well as offering assessment and interventions for psychosis I also regularly provide therapy for depression, anxiety, self-esteem, stress and trauma. Prior to this I worked for 5 years in a NHS Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS). I therefore have a broad experience of working with people across the age range with various emotional needs. I currently offer private work on a Tuesday evening at Kingston Psychology Clinic.
I have extensive experience of offering CBT, ACT, mindfulness based interventions, counselling and systemic approaches. I offer sessions to adolescents and adults and can provide assessment and intervention for a range of needs. This includes depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, stress, traumatic experiences.
