About me
I have practiced as a clinical psychologist for 15 years and currently hold a Lead Psychologist position in a NHS specialist mental health team. Previously, I worked for five years as a Senior Psychologist within a NHS Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS). My clinical experience is extensive, having worked with people across the age range with various emotional needs.
My doctoral and post-doctoral training includes CBT, ACT, mindfulness based interventions, EMDR and systemic approaches. I aim to utilise professional knowledge, clinical experience and a warm and human approach to support people to make sense of difficulties they face and find ways to reduce the impact of these in their lives.
I offer sessions to adolescents, adults and couples and can provide assessment and intervention for a range of needs. This includes depression, anxiety, panic attacks, self-esteem issues, stress, grief, traumatic experiences, relationship difficulties.
I work from Kingston Psychology Clinic on Mondays, Tuesday evenings and Fridays.
