At Trinity Physiotherapy, we help people from all walks of life with a range of goals affected by injury, illness or aging. Our Team:

Emily Bourne, MCSP, AACP, PG Cert:

Emily is the company director and our practice principle. She has over 14 years' experience in a wide range of roles. She continues to work part time in the NHS as an advanced practitioner, operating within local GP practices. This role makes Emily highly skilled in triage, assessment and diagnostics.

Emily is a musculoskeletal specialist, including sports injuries. She has extensive experience working with football and rugby, however she enjoys working with a variety of different sports.

In recent years, Emily has been developing her experience in oncology physiotherapy, particularly working with people post-operatively and assisting with their wider cancer rehabilitation. She is a certified scar therapy practitioner and uses these skills in conjunction with other hands on manual therapy techniques, as well as individualized exercise prescription, fatigue management and self-manage advice.

She has gained post-graduate level training in manual therapy and acupuncture and is currently studying for a masters degree in MSK advanced clinical practice.

Anne Monk, MCSP

Anne has over 30 years experience in both the NHS and private sector. When working with clients, Anne combines her post-grad training skills in hands-on manual therapy and exercise rehab with a whole person approach to her Physiotherapy.

Anne's interests are all things sporting, particularly running, netball, tennis and horse riding.

Lauren Betts-Bucke, MCSP

Lauren has extensive experience in treating a range of MSK conditions, with a special interest in spinal pain and lower limb injuries. Lauren also has post-graduate skills in acupuncture and manual therapy.

Lauren is our resident weightlifting expert, a sport which she enjoys, along with athletics. In her spare time, Lauren is busy with her young family, baking or relaxing with a book.

Sara Hill, MCSP

Sara has specialized in MSK physio for 12 years, including post-operative management and rehabilitation. Sports injuries are an area Sara excels in treating and she has over 10 years experience in rugby working as a Head Physiotherapist for a National One rugby club. This makes her a very skilled clinician in acute injury assessment and management, as well as high-end rehabilitation.

When not at work Sara is absorbed in all things sports related, with her main passion being cycling.
