About me

I am a psychotherapist and counsellor trained to listen, and help you to explore and reflect on issues which are troubling you. If you are worried about anxiety, stress, anger, low self-esteem or relationships I can help you. If you are trying to come to terms with bereavement, trauma or childhood sexual abuse, these are all areas that we can address at a pace to suit you.

Together we can work out the best way to address your difficulties, whether you want to work short term, or for a longer period to address more complex issues.

We can all benefit from support to make changes to improve the quality of our lives, alter perspectives and gain awareness of our habitual patterns.

Areas of interest

I treat all adults aged 16 and above;
I have a particular interest in pregnancy and fertility issues and childbirth and have trained as a fertility counsellor with the National Fertility Society;
I have a special interest in relationship counselling, and have trained as a couple and relationship therapist with The Grove.
