About Me
I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a registered HCPC Practitioner Psychologist offering remote secure video appointments to adults for a range of conditions. Fifteen years experience in the NHS underpins my knowledge and training in clinical posts.

Conditions treated
I offer a professional and friendly service treating trauma resulting from road traffic accidents or incidents at work, stress and burnout besides help with anxiety conditions, OCD, low self esteem and depressed mood.

Therapy modes
The range of methods I draw from include the Cognitive and Behavioural therapies; (CBT) Trauma focused CBT, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing; also integrating Narrative Exposure Therapy and Compassion Focused approaches when appropriate. Counselling for loss, bereavement and family relationship concerns.

Clients I help are aged from 18 to older adults who are choosing a collaborative therapeutic approach to work towards their personal aims and goals with understanding and support.



























I employ Trauma Focused CBT methods to assist patients traumatised by road traffic incidents and EMDR resourcing and therapy where appropriate to address trauma of various types, including those at work or rooted in early experience.
