As a Physio I am and educator, motivator and your guide through your rehab.
25 years of experience has helped me develop a collaborative style with my clients with the aim to get them back to where they want to be.
I studied in South Africa and worked there in private practice involved in professional and elite sport - rugby, cricket and hockey. On moving to the UK in 2003 I have worked in the City supporting my office professionals developing a keen interest in office ergonomics and staff wellbeing.
Physio in Blackheath is my private practice - working at 111 Pilates, Blackheath, as well as Blackheath Yoga.
