About me

Hello, I'm Jenn, and I'm a Clinical Psychologist and EMDR Therapist.
I currently offer remote online therapy, and hold in-person clinics in Central and East London.

I work with a range of common difficulties, including stress and burnout, anxiety, low mood and depression, and loss and bereavement. I have a special interest in supporting people living with physical health challenges and persistent physical symptoms, and people experiencing difficulties associated with trauma and PTSD.

My aim is to provide a non-judgemental space for you to explore your difficulties, draw on existing strengths and resilience, and develop helpful paths toward your goals. I believe in acknowledging and working with difficulties that can arise from social and cultural differences. I also believe strongly in celebrating and building on the strengths that come from diversity.

My main models of therapy are Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I use these integratively, meaning I choose the model depending on what you might find useful.
