About me

Hello my names Debra. I am a fully qualified, accredited and registered counsellor and psychotherapist, with over 16 years experience of working with young people, individuals and couples. I offer both time limited and long term counselling depending on need. Over the years I have supported people with various issues including anxiety, depression, sexuality, stress, bereavement, body image, addiction, relationship issues, problems at work and abuse - amongst others.
I work from my comfortable rooms at West Street centre in the heart of Fareham and have availability days, evenings and weekends.
I am also offering telephone and video counselling at present.
As an experienced, empathetic and respectful psychotherapist and counsellor, I can help and support you with whatever is troubling you and has drawn you to consider having some counselling in the first place.
I'm quite happy to have an informal chat with you before you go ahead with booking.
