About me

As a Senior Accredited Integrative Psychotherapist /Counsellor with over 10 years experience working with young people and adults. I offer a safe, confidential, collaborative space , (either online (GDPR safe) ,face 2 face or via text) for us to work together and find a way forward. I specialise in working with children and teenagers also SEN, where I often hold the sessions in their home environment as this enables them to relax more, Trained in CBT, Person-Centred and Psycho-dynamic , working with a range of issues such as stress, depression, anxiety, self harm, suicidal ideation, panic attacks, bereavement and more.
I have extensive experience working with young people . Having worked in several Primary/ Secondary schools, privately and as online therapist to high risk teens. I am constantly training to find new ways to support young people through a very challenging period, being aware of the vast pressure they have to deal with academically and socially.
