About me
About Me
Counselling, Psychotherapy and Supervision
I offer a safe, supportive, non-judgemental and confidential space in which you, as a client, can explore, express and reflect on any emotional and relationship problems you might be having.
I do not believe in a 'one size fits all' approach, and provide counselling and psychotherapy to reflect this by personally tailoring treatment and sessions to meet your individual or couple needs.
Experience, training and qualifications
I have worked as a therapist in a variety of settings including schools, counselling services, and within community mental health projects where I manage a project and facilitate groups within rural communities for adults experiencing severe and enduring mental health issues in West Kent. I have experience of working with a wide range of diagnoses and issues, such as anxiety; depression, loss and grief; personality disorders; family conflict; life changes and transitions; low self-esteem; emotional, physical and sexual abuse; suicidal feelings and self-harm; problem solving; relationship difficulties, separation and divorce.
I am a professionally, qualified and experienced counsellor and supervisor with additional psychotherapy training, and an Accredited member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy).
Areas of interest
Providing counselling and psychotherapy to Individuals, adults, children age ranges 11 and over.
