About me

I and have experienced through lived experiences and believe we have an inherent ability to heal from what life throws at us and that ability is RESILIENCE. What is RESILIENCE "resilience is the human ability to positively adapt to situations of exceptional adversity or trauma", NCPS Aug 2020.
I can work with you to uncover this resilience and resource it to heal from Trauma, PTS, PTSD, Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Self Esteem Issues, Grief, Loss, Bullying, or anything that is impacting your life from living its best. I am actively work with Emma Redfern IFS consultant and author to deepen my awareness and practice.

Areas of interest

My therapeutic approach is IFS which I am qualified in L1 and L2 working towards certification and awaiting 3, with the integration of Sensori Motor Psychotherapy, L1 (which is body orientated) and Polyvagal Trauma. I am interested in research from the Heart Math Institute which supports and enhances our mind - heart connection which amplifies embodiment.
