About me

Mr. Campbell is a senior & experienced Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with over 30 years in the NHS & private sector.

He has developed a special interest & expertise in hip & knee joint replacement and arthroscopic (keyhole) surgery on the knee.

Mr. Campbell also provides expert advice on the non-surgical treatment of lower back pain in as well as the use of lifestyle modifications (nutrition, activity, stress management etc) in the management of joint pain.

In addition to his extensive clinical practice, Mr. Campbell has held teaching roles at Hull & York Medical School and leadership positions with York Teaching Hospital, the Strategic Health Authority & the Royal College of Surgeons.

Mr Campbell is also a qualified leadership coach & mediator and a member of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine.
