About me
Thank you for visiting my page. I am a qualified and accredited Integrative Counsellor & Supervisor here in London. I see clients in private practice and in organisations, providing one to one counselling as well as, one to one and group supervision. I offer short term focused therapy and long term focused therapy.
As an integrative counsellor, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to your unique needs. This means I use a variety of tools and techniques, based on your individual circumstances, to offer you the most effective and personalised therapy.
I believe in creating a safe, open, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. The therapy is about you, and I maintain a respectful and collaborative approach throughout our work together. My primary goal is to ensure that you don't have to face your challenges alone. By using my skills and expertise, I work with you at a pace and depth that suits you, helping you navigate through difficulties and empowering you to regain control of your life.
?My approach is grounded in the belief that we all have the ability to regain control over our choices and actions. Together, we'll explore the underlying factors impacting you right now, and work towards ways you can take charge and move forward with confidence.
Over the years, I've worked with a wide range of clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. This experience has equipped me with the tools and insights to help you navigate through a variety of issues, no matter your background or personal circumstances.
Counselling and therapy:
It's common to feel anxious or unsure about the direction of your life. You may also find yourself struggling to understand some of your thoughts, emotions, or behaviours. Often, we naturally suppress what we deem as "unacceptable" or painful thoughts and experiences, hoping they'll fade away. However, these unresolved feelings often resurface, affecting our self-worth and relationships.
During difficult times, there's often pressure to be strong or to move on quickly. But what does being "strong" truly mean? How can you feel strong when you're not sure how to cope? This is where counselling comes in to help you make sense of your feelings and find your own answers.
Whatever has brought you to seek therapy, I am here to offer a confidential, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and feelings.
Talking about our difficulties even with a professional can feel daunting. That is why it is important that you feel comfortable and safe enough with the therapist you chose, so you can get the most out of the experience.
If you would like to discuss what you are looking for and to find out if counselling is the right thing for you, you can contact me for a free 15 minute telephone consultation.
I practice close to London Bridge and Borough Station and is easily accessible by public transport.
