About me

Hello, I am a BACP Accredited Therapist with a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in Counselling.
Modalities - Person Centred, Existential, TA, Humanistic, Mindfulness, Solution Focussed and CBT.
I have experience ranging from working with clients from varied ages and backgrounds in both private and industry settings. Having worked with charities, secondary schools, colleges and EAP's across the UK offering one to one counselling. I also work as a supervisor in my private practice.
I have an extensive knowledge of counselling theory which aided lecturing in both Counselling Skills Level Two and Level Four Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.
I have a successful private practice since 2012 based in Essex.
