About me

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist. I work with general mental health issues such as anxiety, bereavement, loss, work related stress, relationship issues, identity questions, life changes as well as trauma and PTSD presentations using evidence based approaches. Previously, I spent 10 years working in the Financial Services in HR, and another 10 years running a successful translation & interpretation business abroad. My previous professional experiences and skills enrich my clinical practice and I use them to the benefit of my clients.
