About me

I am an experienced and qualified Integrative Counsellor with an award of BA Hons in Integrative Counselling. My client case portfolio includes a variety of mental health issues such as Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Bullying at work and school, Loss and Bereavement and more. My case load consists of referrals from different organisations such as, West Midlands Police, Birmingham Mental Health Consortium, Forward Thinking Birmingham and other organisations such as, Youth Centres, Colleges, Doctors Surgeries and schools.

I also work with groups of domestic violence perpetrators by facilitating their training programme. I am an accredited Member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy). I work ethically to the BACP ethical framework by maintaining professionalism and always keeping the clients benefits at heart. I work using an Assimilative Model of Integration, which simply means that I use different therapeutic theoretical practices in helping my clients achieve their goals. The theories that I use most are Person Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Psycho dynamic Therapy.
