About me
I use an integrative way of working with my clients and I have a fw different trainings to help with with this. I have a more 'hands-on' approah and work together with my clients to find that which affects their emotions, their beliefs and thoughts, their needs etc. I do psychoeducation in the session for the clients who want to understand more about how the mind and body work together, especially in the case of anxiety or chronic illness.
I have over 10ys experience and I still love what I do and I focus on quality over quantity, hence I keep my number of clients relatively low so I can give them the very best I can.
