About me

I have been practising as a qualified Clinical Psychologist for 21 years. Previously I have worked as a Clinical Psychologist in Community Mental Health Services with adults (18+), Chronic Pain services offering both individual and group interventions and Regional (Adult) Autism Service assisting with diagnostic assessments.
The key to any psychological work is to develop a trusting relationship and safe environment for individuals to share their experiences and explore psychological interventions.
