Wilsmore Physiotherapy offers the whole range of physiotherapy treatment, specialising in rehab programmes for any sports-related injury, amateur to elite athletes across all sports.

As an enthusiastic and driven individual, I can tailor a rehab programme to suit your current ability and time constraints and help work towards that long term goal. Whether that is with manual therapy, a rehab programme or generally a combination of the two, you will receive regular feedback and monitoring of your progress, so I can ensure you are well equipped with the knowledge to work towards your goals.

As a former Royal Marine Commando and England International Runner I have a great depth of knowledge working with a wide variety of clients including Elite training camps, grass roots training and development and presenting at England athletics conferences.
