About me

I work as a trauma informed psychotherapist.

​I undertook 4 years of Post Graduate level training with the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute (SPTI), which was both a clinical and academic qualification validated by Staffordshire University and accredited by the UK Council of Psychotherapy (UKCP).

I am trained to level 4 in EMDR and have regular supervision with an EMDR Consultant, and am a member of the EMDR Association UK.
