About me
Dr Burrows graduated from St Thomas' Hospital, London in 1985 and trained as a dermatology registrar in London and as a senior registrar in Cambridge. In 1997 he was appointed as consultant dermatologist at Addenbrooke's Hospital with additional clinics at Newmarket Hospital. He treats both adults and children and he set up the paediatric dermatology service in Cambridge.
Previous Positions held - Staff Governor, Clinical lead for Dermatology, both at Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge and President of the British Society for Paediatric Dermatology.
Areas of interest
General dermatology, including assessment of skin lesions/growths; moles; pigmented lesions. and other conditions such as acne and rosacea.
Skin tumours - benign and malignant (melanoma; basal cell and squamous cell cancers).
Paediatric dermatology.
