About me
I am a full time Consultant ENT Surgeon at University Hospitals North Midlands NHS Trust, Stoke on Trent.
I completed my higher surgical ENT training in Glasgow during which I gained considerable experience in all aspects of Ear, Nose and Throat disorders.
Following my training in Scotland, I completed a one year advanced fellowship in Otology/Neurotology in Auckland, New Zealand.
My special interests are in the management of chronic ear disease, hearing and balance disorders and children with ENT conditions. I also treat patients with nose and sinus conditions.
My surgical interests are focussed on minimally invasive ear surgery (endoscopic ear surgery), hearing restoration surgery and children with breathing and snoring disorders.
I have a keen interest in research and have over 25 publications in national and international peer reviewed journals.
I am a honorary lecturer at Keele University and am actively involved in teaching trainee ENT surgeons and medical students.
Areas of interest
