About me
Mr Visvanathan is an experienced Consultant ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat) Surgeon who provides expert assessment and treatment for a full range of ENT conditions, with particular specialist interest in ear disorders, hearing loss, balance problems, endoscopic ear surgery, and paediatric ENT.
In addition to ear disorders, he manages disorders of the nose, sinuses and treats children with snoring and sleep disorders.
Mr Visvanathan is committed to offering thorough, clear, and unbiased clinical assessment. He takes time to explain all available treatment options�from conservative management to minimally invasive surgery�so patients can make informed and confident decisions about their care.
Training & specialist qualifications
Mr Visvanathan graduated in 2003 and completed his higher specialist ENT training in Glasgow, gaining comprehensive experience in head and neck diagnostics, otology, rhinology, and paediatric ENT.
To further refine his expertise, he completed an advanced fellowship in Otology/Neurotology in Auckland, New Zealand, where he trained in complex ear surgery, hearing restoration, and the management of inner?ear conditions affecting balance.
