About me
I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist who works with individuals impacted by various depressive and anxiety disorders. I have experience of working in the NHS, and I currently work in private practice offering face-to-face consultations online or by telephone.
In therapy sessions, I can support you to explore what is causing you to feel and behave the way you do. Through therapy, you can make connections, identifying how present or past events may be affecting your life. Identifying any unhelpful thought patterns can help you overcome what is preventing you from living a more fulfilling life. I offer individuals a safe, non-judgemental, welcoming and professional service. I facilitate an open discussion where you can feel comfortable talking about any issue that is affecting you.
While I offer therapy across the spectrum of CBT practice, I have particular expertise supporting clients with work-related stress, substance misuse and addiction issues.
As an accredited member of BABCP I adhere to their ethical guidelines, including confidentiality and data protection. I hold professional insurance and have received enhanced clearance from DBS.
