I offer Bupa customers standard cataract surgery on the Full Pathway package option at The Battersea Clinic, Hospital of St John & St Elizabeth .
This package includes your appointments before and after surgery, as well as your surgery and mono-focal lenses. It means you won’t use up your out-patient benefit or receive any additional bills from your surgeon (or anaesthetist, if you need one) for eligible treatment.

About me
Mr Walker is a locum consultant surgeon at Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS trust. He was trained in North London including subspecialty fellowship training at Moorfields. Prior to rejoining Moorfields Eye Hospital, he was a consultant at Imperial College NHS Trust (The Western Eye Hospital) and was one of the lead consultants for the Western Eye Hospital's emergency department.
Robbie has built a reputation as an excellent surgeon and surgical trainer. He has been chosen and trusted to operate on the family members of other eye surgeons, family of colleagues at the places he works and the family members of local doctors. He is proud of the continuing great feedback he receives from patients and colleagues alike. He achieves excellent surgical results.
In his spare time, he continues his dedication to training the surgeons of tomorrow. He has completed a Masters level degree in surgical education at Imperial College London where he was awarded the prestigious Deans scholarship. This award goes with the academic scholarship he earned at Oxford University whilst an undergraduate, and follows on from his time as a secondary school teacher prior to becoming a doctor. He organises regular teaching for retinal surgeons and is frequently an invited speaker at teaching events and conferences. He recently won a prize at Moorfields hospital for his work related to improving quality. Before his career in medicine he was a fully qualified secondary school teacher.
He has been appointed as an examiner for the Royal College of Ophthalmologists..
