About me
Many of my clients experience difficulties with a whole range of issues, and my aim is to reduce and prevent their sickness and absence and support return to work. At initial assessment I ask them what they are seeking support with and if they were to walk away completely satisfied with our sessions, what they would have achieved.
These life issues they bring often include work related stress, anxiety, overload and burnout, problematic relationships, loss, depression, low self-esteem, bullying, lack of confidence and assertiveness. They often bring health concerns and many more overwhelming difficulties that influence and affect daily life.
I'm interested in supporting you through the worst of times, because that's usually when clients seek professional help and advice.
My passion is to help people find a deeper understanding of who they are and why they do the things they do, fundamentally aiding in giving people the tools to make their lives better; free from the constraints of anxiety, low self-esteem, stress and personal struggles.
I'm a great believer in establishing a relationship of trust and feel it's important to offer a discrete and warm environment for counselling sessions, so my clients feel comfortable and at ease.
