About me

I am accredited counsellor/psychotherapist working with individuals and couples specialising in anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, addictions, family problems, relationships issues and abuse.

I provide confidential short term counselling and long term psychodynamic therapy in both English and Polish languages.

Maybe you feel numb and detached from life. Maybe everything seems to be foggy like your watching life through a glass window? Maybe you work so hard not to feel so low all the time, that it has turned into a full time job with no energy for anything else.

To make the decision to access the therapy can be emotional process. The Initial Consultation that I offer is the beginning of exploring the issues and seeing whether you would like to work with me.

The insight obtained in therapy, will help you to better identify your needs and will give you a greater freedom and maturity when responding to difficult situations and indeed, everyday life.

I am helping individuals to unravel, experience and understand their true, deep-rooted feelings in order to resolve them in non-judgmental, safe and contained environment. My experience includes work with people from many different backgrounds in NHS, mental health agency, domestic violence counselling service, drug & alcohol agency.

My approach is Psychodynamic and integrative.
