About me
Welcome to my website. I am a fully chartered Counselling Psychologist with the British Psychological Society and a fully registered Practitioner Psychologist with the Health Care Professions Council.
I am based in Central London and work with adults experiencing a wide range of emotional difficulties. The nearest transport links to my clinics are Farringdon, St. Paul’s and Chancery Lane tube stations, and City Thameslink is only a couple of minutes away.
Since the Covid-19 pandemic I have also been working with clients via Zoom or telephone. This enables me to offer hoc sessions to fit around your schedule, or weekly sessions if you would prefer more regular work.

I work using an integrative approach to therapy. My specialist models comprise Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred and Existential approaches.
