About me

If you have made the decision to seek support from a psychologist, you have now taken the first step towards an improvement in your emotional and mental well-being. I provide psychological assessments and therapy, working with adults, children or families.

If you do not have a clinical diagnosis, or are unsure of your needs, I can provide an assessment, and work with you to determine your goals and develop a treatment plan.

If you are seeking a formal Autism /Asperger's diagnosis assessment, this is one of my specialist services.

I provide therapies and diagnostic services privately, from my clinic in Ampthill, Bedfordshire.

Areas of interest

Anxiety; Depression; other Mood Disorders; Autism / Asperger's; trauma and PTSD; stress; emotional difficulties; relationship / family difficulties; pregnancy/post partum difficulties.

Talking therapies include the use of EMDR, CBT and DBT-informed treatments. Please note that the full DBT programme (12 months+) is not available at our clinic.

Clients of all ages accepted; I have held NHS posts in both adult and children's services.
