About me

We are a responsive and compassionate trauma specialist service, a private practice with a difference! We focus mainly on trauma/PTSD and any trauma-related anxiety and depression. We are currently offering both online therapy and in-person sessions. Our in-person sessions will be at Gatcombe House, in Hilsea, Portsmouth only. As a therapist, I have a lot of expertise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing, ACT, CFT, NET, Schema Therapy, and clinical supervision. I am also trained in Psycho-social Interventions in Psychosis, working around relapse management. I am a very passionate, authentic, and experienced trauma specialist. I work with both adults & children from the age of 13, struggling with all forms of anxiety and depression.
