About me
About me
I am a Clinical Psychologist (DClinPsy, BSc Hons) and HCPC registered practitioner with over 15 years of clinical and academic experience.
Alongside my private practice, I work as a Guest Lecturer on the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Royal Holloway University of London and as a tutor with the Association of Psychological Therapies.
I work privately with adults and children.

Autism and ADHD Assessments
I provide autism assessments and combined autism and ADHD assessments for both children and adults. I also offer initial neurodiversity consultations to explore individual needs and to think through the next steps.
All assessments are conducted as part of an experienced and compassionate team, following best-practice guidelines, including NICE recommendations and the UK Adult ADHD Network (UKAAN) Quality Assurance Standards.
Our approach is neuroaffirming, ensuring that each assessment is thorough and centered on understanding an individual's unique strengths and challenges. We work collaboratively with clients to develop tailored, practical recommendations that truly support their needs and well-being.
We understand that, when navigating the path of an assessment for yourself or for your child, there can be a lot to consider. We are committed to providing clear information about what we do, helping you feel informed and supported throughout the process. If you'd like to learn more about how our assessments work, please get in touch
AVAILABILITY: I currently have space for neurodiversity assessments (with no wait). I do not currently have availability for new therapy clients.
Therapeutic Values and Practice
My first priority is to create a safe and supportive therapeutic space where clients feel heard and understood. I provide a compassionate and empathic outlook, approaching difficulties with kindness and curiosity. I support clients to work with what they have been struggling with while also developing an understanding of their strengths. From building a shared understanding of the above, I work with clients to develop a tailored therapeutic plan. This typically utilises a combination of skills and overall therapeutic concepts, for example self-compassion, stress/anxiety management, building positive self-identity and maintaining healthy relationships.
As an experienced Clinical Psychologist, I adapt my approach to each individual's goals and values, drawing on evidence-based therapeutic models such as Compassion-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
I have found great value in noticing personal narrativesthe stories we tell ourselves about who we are and how we relate to the world. Together, we can work on reshaping these narratives in ways that foster confidence, self-acceptance, and overall well-being. By integrating self-compassion into my practice, I aim to foster the development of long-lasting principles and skills that will provide my clients with long-term benefits.
