About me

I am a Clinical Psychologist with over a decade of experience in both NHS and private settings. I have worked with individuals experiencing a variety of challenges. I aim to help individuals build a life that is valuable and meaningful to them despite of all the challenges life can bring. I work with individuals to develop their own personal goals for therapy and beyond!!!

Areas of interest

I work with individuals from 15 years and upwards. I offer support for a variety of difficulties including depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, OCD, persistent physical symptoms and more. I also have additional training in Neuropsychology and work with individuals following a brain injury and with other conditions such as Functional neurological Disorder. I have a specialist interest in EMDR therapy and am accredited with EMDR Europe
