About me

Do you feel overwhelmed with life and work? Do you find yourself living day to day? Maybe you dread Sunday nights and live for the weekend. Sometimes it feels like you are enduring life rather than enjoying it. You may feel anxious or depressed, as the weight of your job or other life stressors weighs you down. It can feel like everyone else is coping well, but you don’t feel that way. Life feels really hard, and you want something different. You want to regain your enthusiasm for work and life, and truly be able to live in the moment. You want to improve your mental health, prioritise your own needs and regain your zest for life.
As a Clinical Psychologist, it is my job to help you make sense of your own story in a safe and supportive space, and to propel you forward into developing effective ways of coping with life’s challenges. Psychological therapy is tailored to your needs, driven by your story and by the models of therapy that best meet your needs. I work UK wide (online).
When you feel ready to try something new, I am here for you. It is my job to get to know you, listen intently and understand your world. Reaching out initially can feel really difficult. You can send me an email today and make that important first contact. It is time to invest in yourself.
