About me

Hello, I am an experienced and qualified Counsellor with over 17 years of practice. I am BACP (British Association Counselling Psychotherapy) accredited and educated to masters level. I will work with clients of any background. I currently just work with adults age 18 years or over. I can offer telephone, and Skype/ video sessions.

I have worked in various different settings such as in mental health (trauma, low to moderate anxiety, depression, ocd, ptsd, panic attacks),
substance addictions, relationship/ marriage guidance counselling, students in education settings and trainee counsellors, domestic violence, cancer support, fertility and abortion. bereavement/ suicide bereavement, faith/ cultural/ identity issues. I have diverse and vast experiences.

I work in an integrative way, I possess the skills and experience to use various different counselling approaches interchangeably and according to individual need. I am non-judgmental and abide by the BACP ethics which include confidentiality and equality. I will work with a person at their own pace and comfort. I respect people as individuals.

Sometimes we all need a little support to make sense of who we are, where we are and find some resolutions. Counselling can provide this support with the comfort of privacy and objectivity. Please don't hesitate to get in touch.
