About me

I am a registered Clinical Psychologist with the Health Professionals Council (HCPC) and the British Psychological Society (BPS). I am based in Norfolk but my work is all online.

I have trained in Mindfulness, Compassion Focussed Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Mentalisation Based Therapy. I incorporate aspects of these into my sessions.

In addition to my private practice I work in the NHS with adults with mental health problems. I have been working as a Clinical Psychologist for 17 years.

I take a colloborative approach in my work with people. Sessions usually start with an assessment to build an understanding of why you are experiencing the difficulties you are having and from here we agree a treatment plan that feels right for you. Treatment will be reviewed regularly to ensure we are on track and you are happy with your progress.
