About me

I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with 18 years experience working in the NHS and private sector, working with adults with all forms of anxiety (including health anxiety, panic disorder, phobias and OCD), depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, relationship difficulties, grief and adjustment to changes in health or life circumstances. I also help people to develop psychological approaches to managing their weight and improving fitness.

I offer timely, evidence-based psychological intervention that is individually tailored to your needs. I specialise in short-term therapies which include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Mindfulness Based Therapies. Together we will explore the underlying triggers for your difficulties and will set achievable goals that will lead to lasting, meaningful change.
