About me

My priority is to provide a safe space, where we can establish a therapeutic relationship, to enable you to have the support you need.

From there I work to enable you have insight, healing and change.

I work with individuals, couples and young people.

My original psychotherapy training was Integrative, which means that I draw from a range of theoretical and philosophical approaches, (Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Phenomenological and Existential).

In the course of my continuing professional development I have taken training in Couples Counselling, EMDR, CBT, Creativity and Play Therapy, Leadership and Management Coaching (Consulting and Change in Organisations, Ashridge).
I have also taken specialist training in Hypnotherapy for qualified psychotherapists and counsellors.

I work with those from a range of ages, ethnicities, sexual orientation and gender identity.

I offer existing and new clients an opportunity for counselling and psychotherapy through online video and telephone remote sessions.
