About me

I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with children, young people and adults with ASD and ADHD, as well as with a wide range of emotional, behavioural and mental health difficulties. My approach is warm, friendly and professional, and I would never judge you or your problems, no matter how big or small they are. It's important to me that during our work together you feel listened to, understood, supported and encouraged.

If you or your child need an ASD or ADHD assessment, or if you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, low or experience any other mental health difficulties, I am here to offer you my help. For a more extensive list of the issues I work with, please see below.

During the initial appointment, we would explore what you are struggling with and what type of support you would like to receive. We will then decide together on an individualised plan for your neurodiversity assessment, or mental health assessment and therapy. Everyone is unique, and the support I offer will be tailored to you and your needs.

Along with ASD and ADHD assessments for any age group, I offer evidence-based therapies that have been proven to be clinically effective.

I specialise in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Radically Open Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (RO-DBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Adaptive Mentalization-Based Integrative Therapy (AMBIT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) and Mindfulness.
